Design

We work with our customers to determine their business needs and then translate them into technical requirements. Whether you have a pretty good idea of what you want or need some suggestions and directions, we can come up with a plan to make it happen. We discuss options in terms of their cost/benefit so you can make the right business decision.

Implementation

Once that plan is in place it must be implemented. We do this with two simple goals in mind;

1) it must work as advertised
2) don't turn the work place upside down while making it work

We understand that you need to get your work done while we're getting ours done. To that end we often implement the network during off hours. We've found that this is the best way to get the job done without impacting your productivity.

Troubleshooting

We solve network problems even if we didn't do the original installation.

Maintenance

'An ounce of prevention...', the saying is so true with networks. A few hours a month can keep the network running without interruption. A network should be just like a utility...it's EXPECTED to work!
